Throughout this 3 month challenge, I have lost about 5 pounds, kept the same muscle mass, and lost 2% body fat. As far as measurement, I lost about 4.4 inches around my chest/back, 3.5 inches in my waist, 2 inches from my hips, 1 inch from my bicep, and 1 inch from my quad, for an overall 11.9 inches lost. Keeping up with weekly measurements was definitely an encouragement, because even when the scale did not move much, I could see the inches coming off, and from the body analysis, I know that all of that was fat and not muscle that I was losing. At this point, I cannot imagine not keeping track of my macros. I have found that it is truly effective, and a way of life that can be maintained.
